Lurbel Bmax Ice is the latest product from the Spanish firm, specialised in technical sports socks. These are limited edition socks that combine state-of-the-art textile technology, an exquisite weaving system and the maximum design and colour.
The priority - textile technology
Three different models make up this collection, with a single objective: to enhance design in order to offer the maximum protection guarantee to the athlete. They are therefore developed using exclusive Bmax textile technology, an innovative fabric which the firm has implemented in its Premium sock range since 2012. This technology has opened up a gap between the sock brands favoured by athletes to face the most intense sporting challenges in the most adverse of conditions.
The H5 non-compressive leg height of the new collection has allowed imagination to run wild among the company’s R&D team, who put forward three distinct designs (Challenge Ice for trail, Race Ice for road running and Wheel Ice for cycling) available in multiple colours.
The trail proposal is based on the company’s top sales model, Bmax Challenge, and incorporates its ergonomics with the ESP protection system into the sole, while the road running and cycling versions present a finer density based on the structure of the Bmax Race model.
Innovation as a priority
Lurbel launched its Bmax textile technology in 2012 and it revolutionised the sports hosiery sector through its protection and security. Its high capacity to combat overheating, humidity and friction minimises the risk of abrasions and blisters and is implemented in an exclusive sock line for hiking, trekking, expedition, running, trail, skiing and cycling.
This special edition will be on sale from the 15th of November at a selection of retailers and for a limited time.
